This policy explains what information Launch Local collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Launch Local is a web design and development studio operated by Nabil Canan and James Williams, based in Orlando, Florida and Boston, Massachusetts. You can reach us by phone at 508-857-8227 or by email at launchlocalcompany@gmail.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we receive:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
- The service you are interested in and your timeline
- The content of your message
If you submit a client review using a private review link we sent you, we also receive the rating and review text you write, along with the name and business associated with that link.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to carry out the work you have asked us to do. Published reviews are used on this website to show prospective clients our track record.
How it is handled
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit, a third-party form relay service. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy. Reviews are stored in our own database and are only published after we review them.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address as part of serving those files.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are useful for our business records. Published reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them. You can ask us to delete either at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete any information you have given us, or ask what we hold about you. Email launchlocalcompany@gmail.com and we will handle it. If you submitted a review and want it taken down, just tell us — no explanation needed.
Children
This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date below.
